FLPro is the mother company of the construction-company group and a commercial entry point for trade and subcontractor services. We qualify requests from general contractors, developers and property owners, then identify the responsible service provider and the appropriate contracting structure for the specific scope.
Responsibilities and project acceptance
Construction agreements and applicable permits are handled by Daniel Jorge Management LLC (DJM) where the scope is accepted within its verified qualifications. Parent-company status does not extend a contractor’s license to another entity. Each proposal identifies the responsible provider, exclusions and permit requirements; acceptance depends on scope, location and capacity.

The review checks project fit, provider qualifications, permit requirements and delivery capacity. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Agree responsibilities in writing
The proposal identifies the contracting entity, inclusions, exclusions, professional responsibilities and applicable permits.
Execute and close out accepted work
DJM is responsible for construction it contracts within verified scope. Engineering remains with the named professional provider where included.
