Permits & Preconstruction
Engineering, drawings, plan review responses, permit submissions, procurement planning, and trade scheduling are coordinated before the work starts.

Production & Communication
FL Pro manages specialty trades, inspections, sequencing, owner updates, site logistics, and change-order documentation throughout the build.

Walkthrough & Closeout
Final items documented, punch list completed, closeout materials delivered, and the project transitioned properly to the owner.
